Payment questions
Which payment methods can I offer?
Cards through Stripe, PayPal, QRIS, virtual accounts and e-wallets through a payment gateway for orders in rupiah, and bank transfer to your own accounts. Turn on one or several.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You pay your monthly plan only. Your payment provider charges its own fees on the payments it handles.
What do I need to accept payments?
An account with the provider you want, Stripe, PayPal or a payment gateway, or a bank account. You paste its keys in your dashboard's settings, where a button tests them.
How do refunds work?
Stripe and PayPal payments are refunded from your dashboard in a click. For payment gateway payments and bank transfers you send the money back yourself, then record the refund, and your customer is emailed.
Can shoppers pay in their own currency?
Yes. They choose a currency in your store and see every price in it. Stripe charges in it, and PayPal in the currencies it accepts; bank transfers and payment gateway payments stay in your store's currency.
